The Main House comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features one private queen bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, full bathroom, and a spacious mudroom, perfect for storing hunting gear, fishing equipment, boots, skis, or outdoor adventure essentials after a day exploring Colorado's backcountry.

For larger groups, the property also includes a separate Bunkhouse with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a shower. Reservations for up to four guests include exclusive use of the Main House. Groups of five to eight guests will have the Bunkhouse opened and prepared for your stay, allowing everyone plenty of space and privacy.
